PTC (Punggawa Training Center) is one of the educational agency and the training that held:

  1. The course of Japanese for the prospective student/graduate to Japan.
  2. Education and the Intensive training for the apprentice’s test to Japan by IMM/J-WEC and Department of Manpower.
  3. Education and training for sending of female manpower to Japan (as cook and waitress).
  4. Education and training for apprentice to Japan by non IMM/J-WEC Program.

The background

The candidate participants training to Japan that was held by the Indonesian government through Department of Manpower co-operated with IMM Japan every year continued to improve, caused the competition that was very tight for participants in joining the test/the selection.

For example: the Special Capital District of Jakarta that had the quota around 100-150 people of each recruitment with the number of registrars reached 800-1000 people.

Semarang: The quota 100-150 people with the number of registrars up until 2000 people. Medan: The quota 100-150 people with the registrar until 1000 people.

The data above gave the assumption that 1 participant must remove minimal 10 other participants to slip away to the candidate who was chosen as participants training (1:10)

The success of each participant must be supported from various fields, good the capacity bounced, physical, knowledge/intelligence, and the capacity financial.

Whatever one of the factors above weak, the possibility of the prospective participants will fail.

How investigated the tight competition could be passed easily???. His answer was preparations, and preparations.

As the alumnus’s community trainee Japan, the educational agency and the training of Japanese that was known by the name of PUNGGAWA TRAINING CENTER held education and training as the answer to the problem above.

The aim of education and training

  • Prepared the prospective participants in the apprentice to Japan in following the selection/the apprentice’s test to Japan by Department of Manpower-IMM/J-WEC.
  • Prepared the prospective participants in the apprentice to Japan for the program non IMM/J-WEC
  • Education and training to increase the official’s human resources of the foreign company (especially the Japanese company)

Implementation Time education and training

The implementation of the exercise was carried out minimal 30 days for preparations for the test of IMM/J-WEC and minimal 3 months for the program non IMM/J-WEC

The place of education and training

Education: Trade centre of Kalimalang Ruko Penggawa Bloc A9-10 Jl. Ahmad Yani, Bekasi (nearby MM or by “Hero mall”)

The physical exercise: around the location of the training and the Stadium of Bekasi.

The candidate

Entitled participants followed education and training was all the Indonesian citizens who filled the condition, had the determination and the will to join the training and education as well as have the spirit and the will to work in Japan.

The target/results of education and training

While education and training of the target that must be reached were:

  1. FMD: each participant must be able to run to the best of 3 km with maximal time 15 minutes.
  2. The language/mathematics/psycho-test: each participant must control the minimal 90% from subject of discussion

  3. Vocabulary
  4. Simple Conversation 
  5. Introduction of culture Japan
  • Mathematic
  1. Fast methods completed adding and reduction
  2. Fast methods completed multiplication and distribution
  3. Basic of mathematics
  • Psycho-test/the interview (especially IMM/J-WEC)
  1. Matters psycho-test
  2. Methods in interview
  • Physical bounced Discipline (FMD)
  1. Ran 3 km for 15 minute
  2. Push-up 35 times
  3. Sit-up 25 timesIncrease in discipline and bounced

Facilities

For education and the training of participants received:

  • The Classroom had AC.
  • The Teacher that height experiences.
  • The Complete barracks facilities.
  • The Complete Syllabus.

The educational and training cost:

  • For IMM/J-WEC: Rp.1, 000,000.-
  • For the program non IMM and J-WEC (minimal 3 months): Rp.1.000.000/month
  • For employ of the company: Rp.500,000/month

(The barracks cost and the food cost are not include)

Special Facilities

For participants who failed in the selection apprentice’s test (especially IMM/J-WEC) the first stage, we will continue to give and help to follow education and the training in preparing the selection/the further stage test , free (except the barracks cost).
